Daily Cycle Count Generator

Builds tonight's count sheet, reconciliation log and variance summary from your Odoo exports, following the Daily Cycle Count SOP.

Pick the count date, drop in the three Odoo exports for your store, and download the Excel file. Export the sales and SO/PO reports from yesterday to today. The sheet lists every SKU the SOP says to count: everything that moved since last night's cut-off, Class S, and the class scheduled for the day.

Files are read in this browser only. Nothing is uploaded or saved, including the customer details in the sales report.

Choose the count date

The day of the week sets which class is scheduled: Class A on Mon/Wed/Fri, Class B on Tue/Thu, Class C on Saturday, spot checks on Sunday. Moved SKUs are everything sold, refunded or received from yesterday's cut-off to today's, so sales after last night's count aren't missed. Set the cut-off at or before your count start.

Export each one as .xlsx from Odoo for your store. You can drop all three at once; the generator works out which is which.
